We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your perfume must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect
No cash refunds.
Please return goods if the products are found damaged or defective at the time of delivery only.
The customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery .i.e courier or registered post at his own expense to our provided address & share shipping label at email@example.com Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We make our products with complete care. If you received a damaged/defective/ Incorrect order then, you can always exchange it and we will issue you a 100% store credit for the purchase price of your order (shipping and discounts aren’t included in this).
Please note that we don’t issue cash refunds for exchanges. Customers returning items will be issued refunds in the form of store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any form.
