Are you selling real products? 

Yes, We are selling high-quality fragrances. Our perfume oils contain high-quality ingredients to create a inspired aroma that you will like.

What is your Return Policy?

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your perfume must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.

No Return or Exchange on Sale Items

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return

  • We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect
  • No cash refunds.
  • Please return goods if the products are found damaged or defective at the time of delivery only.
  • The customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery .i.e courier or registered post at his own expense to our provided address & share shipping label at cs@amdperfumes.pk Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • We make our products with complete care. If you received a damaged/defective/ Incorrect order then, you can always exchange it and we will issue you a 100% store credit for the purchase price of your order (shipping and discounts aren’t included in this).Please note that we don’t issue cash refunds for exchanges. Customers returning items will be issued refunds in the form of store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any form.
How long does it last?

Lasting varies for every perfume. The lasting duration of any fragrance depends on the application area, season, and quantity applied. The lasting of each perfume is written in the performance section of each perfume.

What’s the best way to store perfumes?

Perfume should always be kept in a cold dark place as sunshine can cause some chemical reactions in it, making the perfume smell different, sillage and projection may also seem different too.

Will my Namaz be Acceptable if I use your perfume, as it contains, Alcohol? 

No, We don’t use alcohol in our products, We use Ethyl acid Industrial form which is fully denatured and do not contain Alcohol, You can perfume Prayers after applying them.
